摘要
旋转机械的工作转速在其临界转速分布范围内会产生剧烈振动,严重时会使系统遭到破坏,因此研究临界转速的影响因素至关重要。建立柔性支撑的储能飞轮转子有限元模型,基于ANSYSWorkbench分析软件对不同支撑刚度条件下转子的临界转速进行计算和分析。通过计算结果分析支撑刚度对转子的前三阶临界转速的影响,为使系统的临界转速偏离工作转速提供设计和调整依据。
The violent vibration may be caused by the rotating speed of machine within its critical speed distribution range. The system may be damaged by it. Therefore, it is very important to study the influencing factors of the critical speed. The finite element model of the energy storage flywheel rotor with flexible support is established. Based on ANSYS Workbench analysis software, the critical rotating speed of the rotor under different support stiffness conditions is calculated and analyzed. The influence of the support stiffness on the first three critical speeds of the rotor is analyzed according to the calculation results, and the basis is provided for the design of the critical speed of the system and adjusting the deviation of the working speed.
