摘要
飞机制造过程中,零件的制造误差、工艺方案的合理性、部件间的协调都直接影响着产品的制造精度和可制造性。通过VSA容差分析软件,建立仿真分析模型,基于零件的基准、公差值和相应的装配工艺流程进行仿真,分析同类零件在不同定位装配方式时零件制造误差对装配控制目标的影响,然后结合生产能力及仿真分析所得数据形成公差库文件,为优化工艺方案提供依据。结合实际生产数据对公差库文件进行迭代更新,积累生产经验,为后续架次及新机型提供支持。
The precision of part, procedural rationality of process plan and coordination of each section of the plane directly affect product’s manufacturing accuracy and feasibility in the process of aircraft manufacturing. This text uses tolerance analysis software VSA to build analysis model. The part’s datum, tolerance and assembly relation of the products are entered into the software to simulate the process. The influence of the different assembly methods of the part of the same kind on the assembly control target is analyzed. The process production capacity and the data from the simulation are all set up in the tolerance library. Then the tolerance library is up dated in accordance with actual production data in the follow-up work, thus accumulating the production experience, and a basis is provided for the subsequent products.
