装配式建筑具有节能环保、人工成本低、提高施工效率、缩短施工工期、提升建筑质量、管理现代化等优点.无论是在国外还是国内,装配式建筑越来越多、越来越频繁地出现在建筑行业.对国外相关文献进行了整理和总结,对国外装配式建筑进行了综述评估,期许为我国装配式建筑后续研究提供一定参考.

Prefabricated building has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection, low labor cost, improving construction efficiency, shortening construction period, improving construction quality and management modernization.No matter at home or abroad, prefabricated buildings appear more and more frequently in the construction industry.Through sorting out and summarizing the related literatures abroad, this paper reviews and evaluates the prefabricated buildings abroad, hoping to provide some references for the follow-up research of prefabricated buildings in China.
