广西2017年免疫规划疫苗分配及管理策略

Distribution and management strategy of Guangxi immunization planning vaccine in 2017

目的 分析广西壮族自治区(广西)2017年免疫规划疫苗分配状况,探讨免疫规划疫苗管理策略。方法 整理2017年广西各级免疫规划疫苗使用进度报表数据,对免疫规划疫苗分配情况进行统计学分析。结果 2017年共分配免疫规划疫苗2292.59万剂次,使用2187.26万剂次,各类疫苗损耗系数以市为单位达到国家要求;部分疫苗分配显示,广西各级分配疫苗基本平衡(SD<20),疫苗供应短缺和疫苗分配平衡呈负相关(Pearson=-0.984,P=0.016),单人份疫苗比多人份疫苗分配平衡性好;疫苗供应不足和多人份疫苗在一定程度上影响疫苗分配平衡性。结论 2017年广西免疫规划疫苗使用规范,广西各级分配疫苗基本平衡,但有个别地级市向下级分配疫苗不平衡。需从补充完善冷链设备、建设疫苗管理信息化系统、强化业务督导考核和人员培训等方面加强对免疫规划疫苗的分配管理工作。

Objective To analyze the present situation of distributing immunization planning vaccine in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2017 and to discuss the management strategy of immunization planning vaccine.Methods The distribution of immunization planning vaccine was statistically analyzed through the data from the 2017 vaccine using progress report of Guangxi immunization planning vaccine at all levels.Results A total of 22.925 9 million doses of immunization vaccines were issued, and 21.872 6 million doses were used in 2017.The loss coefficient of all kinds of vaccines reached the national requirements based on the city level.Analysis of partial vaccine distribution shows: the distribution of vaccines at all levels in guangxi was basically balanced( SD <20), there was a negative correlation between vaccine supply shortage and vaccine distribution balance (Pearson=-0.984, P =0.016).The distribution balance of single vaccine was better than that of multiple vaccine;The balance of vaccine distribution was affected to some extent by inadequate vaccine supply and multiple doses.Conclusion The use of vaccine in Guangxi immunization program was standard in 2017, the distribution of vaccines at all levels in guangxi was basically balanced.Individual regions had an uneven distribution of vaccines to their subordinates.From now on, in order to strengthen the management of immunization planning vaccine distribution it needs to replenish the perfect cold chain equipment, establishing an information system for vaccine management, strengthening business supervision and personnel training and so on.
