摘要
在乡村振兴战略和农业标准化战略正兴之际,采用状态空间模型和中介效应分析方法从动态视角检验并测算了1985~2016年农业技术标准对农业国际竞争力提升的影响效应及其成分。研究结果表明,农业技术标准显著促进了农业国际竞争力的提升,入世后农业技术标准的直接效应由负转正、稳步增大;农业技术创新引致的中介效应明显,占总效应的78. 99%,2005年之前主要表现为完全中介效应与遮掩效应,之后表现为部分中介效应。据此,我们围绕增加农业技术标准有效存量和促进农业技术创新提出政策建议。
On the occasion of Rural Revitalization Strategy and agricultural standardization strategy,this paper uses the state space model and the mediating effect analysis method to test and calculate the effects and components of agricultural technology standards on the improvement of agricultural international competitiveness from 1985 to2016. Results show that agricultural technology standards significantly promoted the agricultural international competitiveness. The direct effect of agricultural technology standards changed from negative to positive and steadily increased after China’s accession to WTO.The mediating effect caused by agricultural technological innovation is obvious,accounting for 78. 99% of the total effect. Before 2005,the main performance of agricultural technological innovation is complete mediating effect and masking effect,followed by partial mediating effect. Accordingly,it puts forward some policy suggestions on increasing the effective stock of agricultural technology standards and promoting agricultural technological innovation.
