国际产能合作背景下对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应的地区差异——基于金融门槛效应的考察

Regional Differences in Spillover Effects of OFDI Reverse Technology under the Background of International Production Capacity Cooperation——Based on the Financial Threshold Effect

基于中国与"一带一路"沿线国家产能合作促进技术进步的不同作用机理,利用2003~2015年省际面板数据建立国际技术溢出模型。结果表明:整体而言,中国对"一带一路"沿线国家具有正向的对外直接投资技术溢出,但不同地区间却存在着逆向技术溢出效应。进一步就金融发展对对外直接投资渠道逆向技术溢出效应的影响加以研究,发现:中国金融发展水平对于对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应存在门槛效应,其中金融发展规模指标为单一门槛,金融发展结构、金融发展效率存在双重门槛。中国应针对与"一带一路"沿线国家产能合作时逆向技术溢出效应的不同作用机理,采取与之相应的措施。

Based on the different mechanisms to promote cooperation for technological progress along"the Belt and Road",the paper uses the provincial panel data from 2003 to2015 to establish the international technology spillover model. The empirical results show that on the whole,China has positive OFDI technology spillover to the countries along"the Belt and Road",but there is reverse technology spillover effect between China and specific regions. The further study of financial development impact on the technology spillover effect of OFDI shows that in general,there is threshold effect of financial development on the reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI,including the single threshold of financial scale,double thresholds of financial structure and efficiency. In view of the different mechanisms of reverse technology spillover effect of China to the countries along "the Belt and Road",China should take corresponding measures.
