微创叠加技术治疗盘源性腰痛200例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 盘源性腰痛是指因椎间盘的损伤、破裂、突出或退行性变,导致腰椎复合关节及周围结构产生一系列病理变化,髓核及炎性组织刺激或压迫神经根或马尾神经而出现腰骶部疼痛的一组临床症候群[1、2]。临床表现可有棘突及棘突旁压痛﹑叩击痛,直腿抬高试验阴性,腰椎CT平扫可见椎间盘膨出或轻度突出,腰椎MRI平扫除显示椎间盘突出或膨出外,还可见椎间盘变性或T2W1相上椎间盘纤维环后方出现高信号(HIZ)。微创多靶点叠加技术是目前国内外椎间盘突出新兴的治疗方法,该方法使用国际最先进的激光靶点减压、射频靶点热凝、臭氧靶点消融等微创技术进行联合治疗。本文选取经保守治疗无效且无神经根性症状的盘源性腰痛患者为研究对象,观察微创叠加技术优选联合治疗的临床效果。
