摘要 针对煤矿综采工作面刮板输送机机头机尾电机功率不平衡的问题,给出基于CANopen通信的刮板输送机变频调速控制方案的系统设计、软硬件设计,并展示了基于该设计的HMI人机界面,分析了软件设计中对机头、机尾两个变频器的功率平衡策略,保证两台驱动电机的功率平衡。该变频控制方案已经应用于多个煤矿综采工作面的刮板输送机,应用效果较好,设备运行稳定、安全,达到并满足设计要求。 Aiming at the problem of power imbalance between two end-motors of the scraper in the fully mechanized coal mining face,the system design,hardware and software design of the variable speed control scheme of the scraper conveyor based on CANopen communication are presented. The HMI of the design are introduced in the paper. The power balance strategy of the two inverters in the machine design and is analyzed to ensure the power balance of the two driving motors. The frequency conversion control scheme has been applied to the scraper conveyors at several coal mines with fully mechanized mining face,and the application effect is good,the equipment operation is stable and safe,and meets the design requirements.
