摘要
为保证煤矿井下辅助运输系统的安全、稳定运行,基于无线组网的方式,设计了煤矿井下弯道路段、丁字路段以及十字路段的胶轮车调度方案,并进行了胶轮车车辆传感器检测软件设计,得出胶轮车整体调度程序设计流程。该设计方案在晋城煤业集团某矿进行了工业试验,试验结果表明,该方案使得胶轮车运行安全、稳定、运行效率较高,满足设计要求。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the underground auxiliary transportation system in coal mines,based on the wireless networking method,the rubber wheel vehicle scheduling scheme for the underground road section,the T-shaped section and the cross section of the coal mine is designed,and the software for rubber wheel vehicle sensor is carried out. The software design is tested,and the overall scheduling program of the rubber wheeler vehicle is obtained. The design scheme was carried out in a coal mine in JinCheng coal Group. The testing results show that the scheme ensured the safe,stable and efficient operation of wheel vehicle,and meets the design requirements.
