摘要
电子设备散热成为我们关注的焦点,合理地布置离散热源是解决这一问题的途径。利用QUICK差分格式的有限容积法对离散热源尺寸相同和不同两种工况进行模拟研究。研究表明:当热源尺寸相同时,热源间距d=70mm时换热效果最好;当热源尺寸不同时,在热源长宽比不变的工况下,热源间距50mm和70mm时换热效果相近;在热源高不变的工况下,热源长宽比为1:1、1:2、1:3时热源间距50mm的流动换热最强,1:4时换热效果正好相反。
The heat dissipation of electronic equipment has become the focus of our attention.Reasonable arrangement of discrete heat sources is the way to solve this problem.In this paper, the finite volume method of QUICK difference scheme is used to simulate the discrete heat source with conditions in the same size and different size.The results show that when the heat source size is the same, the heat transfer effect is the best when the heat source spacing is 70mm.When the heat source size is different, the heat transfer effect is similar when the heat source spacing is 50 mm and 70 mm under the condition of constant heat source length-width ratio.When the ratio of length to width of heat source is 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, the flow heat transfer with 50 mm heat source spacing is the strongest, while the heat transfer effect is the opposite at 1:4.
