装配式混凝土叠合楼板施工临时支撑最优间距探讨 被引量:3

摘要 装配式钢筋混凝土房屋的楼板普遍采用叠合楼板.由于叠合楼板施工采用二次浇注工艺,而浇筑的混凝土层凝结硬化需要一定时间,期间混凝土叠合层以荷载形式作用在预制板上,为保证其结构稳定性,需在预制板下搭设临时支撑.目前对叠合楼板搭设临时支撑的间距没有具体规定,在施工中其常用的搭设间距为1m.为优化施工方案,欲增大临时支撑搭设间距,但这会对叠合楼板结构性能产生影响.本文结合某具体工程,对3组搭设不同间距的临时支撑预制板构件进行试验,并通过理论计算,分析临时支撑对叠合楼板结构性能的影响,得出了常用叠合楼板施工临时支撑最优间距的计算公式. Composite slabs are commonly used in the assembled reinforced concrete buildings. Because of the secondary pouring technology used in the construction of the composite slabs, the concreting and hardening of concrete layers takes a certain time. During this period, the concrete laminated layer acts on the prefabricated board in the form of load and the thickness of the prefabricated plate is thin. In order to ensure its structural stability, temporary support should be installed under the prefabricated panel. At present, there is no specific provision for the spacing of the temporary support for the composite slabs, and the spacing of the temporary support commonly used in the construction scheme is 1 m. In order to optimize the construction scheme, it is necessary to increase the spacing of the temporary support, but it will have an impact on the structural performance of the composite slabs. Three groups of temporary support prefabricated plate components with different spacing spacing are tested in combination with a specific project . Through theoretical calculations, the effect of temporary support on the structural performance of the laminated building is analyzed. Finally, the calculation formula of the optimal spacing of the temporary support for the construction of the commonly used laminated floor is obtained.
