基于OBE理念下的应用本科型院校协同育人培养模式创新研究

近几年来,民办高校的教育理念、培养目标、师资队伍建设都发生了翻天覆地的变化。要想全面提高学生的综合素质,高校教师必须与时俱进,用发展的眼光去看待问题,用开拓性的视角去开展多元化的创新型教育,积极主动与企业进行沟通协作,以OBE成果教学为导向,深入推进应用本科型院校人才培养模式的创新性研究。

In recent years, the educational concept, training objectives and the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities have undergone tremendous changes. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way, teachers in Colleges and universities must keep pace with the times, look at problems from the perspective of development, carry out diversified innovative education from a pioneering perspective, actively communicate and cooperate with enterprises, take OBE achievement teaching as the guidance, and further promote innovative research on the application of talent training mode in undergraduate colleges and universities.
