高校大学生智慧就业创业服务体系建设研究——基于江苏省部分高校的调研

大学生是国家创新驱动发展的重要生力军,就业创业服务是高校立德树人、培养人才的重要环节。随着高校毕业生人数持续递增,为了给大学生就业创业提供更便捷、优质的服务,高校智慧就业创业服务体系建设提上日程。文章首先对江苏高校大学生就业创业服务体系建设现状进行了调研,并加以分析,继而从组织体系建设、大数据等新技术运用、资源整合、机制构建等方面,提出高校大学生智慧就业创业服务体系构建策略。

College and university Students play an important role in driving the development of national innovation.The employment and entrepreneurship service is an important part of building and cultivating talents in colleges and universities.As the number of college graduates increases continuously,the construction of a smart employment and entrepreneurship service system has been put on the agenda in order to provide more convenient and high-quality services for college and university students.This paper first investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of the employment and entrepreneurship service system for college students in Jiangsu,and then proposes the strategies for building the intelligent employment and entrepreneurship service system for college students from the aspects of organization system construction,application of new technologies such as big data,resource integration,and mechanism construction.
