不同培养模式下临床医学学生的实习调查研究

为提高医学生临床实习质量,文章分别对两个不同人才培养模式下的临床医学专业本科学生进行临床实习情况问卷调查,并从“学生对临床实习的满意度、实习过程及考核方式分析、实习中的进步与不足、实习与考研的关系”这4个方面进行了对比分析,提出了强化医学生实习质量的对策措施,即“完善实习前期准备、加强实习过程监管,优化实习质量评估”,才能最终培养出具有岗位胜任力的、面向基层的高素质应用型医学人才。

In order to improve the quality of clinical practice of medical students, the clinical internship questionnaires were conducted for clinical medical students under two different talent training modes. This paper compared and analyzed the four aspects of "student satisfaction with clinical internship, analysis of internship process and assessment methods, progress and insufficiency in internship, and relationship between internship and postgraduate study". And countermeasures to improve the quality of medical students' internship were put forward, namely, improving the preparation of internship, strengthening the supervision of internship process, and optimizing the evaluation of internship quality. Based on the above, high-quality applied medical talents with post-competitive and grass-roots level can be cultivated.
