摘要
生产实习是本科教学中理论联系实际的重要纽带,是实现应用型人才培养的重要实践环节。针对目前机械专业生产实习过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并结合应用型人才培养目标,以学生为主体,以能力为目标,提出从教学的组织形式、内容设计、实施模式、师资队伍、实习基地建设、考核方式等方面对生产实习的教学模式进行改革,合理规划教学环节,锻炼学生的实践能力,真正实现对所学专业知识的综合应用与实践,从而有效提高生产实习的教学质量。
Production practice is an important link between theory and practice in undergraduate teaching, which is also an important practical session to realize the application-oriented talent training. The problems existing in the production practice of mechanical specialty at present are analyzed. Combining with the training objective of applied talents, taking students as the main part and ability as the goal, it puts forward that the teaching mode of production practice should be reformed from the aspects of teaching organization form, content design, implementation mode, teaching staff, practice base construction and assessment mode. Meantime, rationally planning the teaching segment and exercising students' practical ability which can truly realize the comprehensive application and practice of learned professional knowledge. Therefore, the teaching quality of production practice is effectively improved.
