服务学习视域下预防医学生职业价值观培育对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 预防医学生的职业价值观教育既是国家和社会发展的需要,也是促进学生个体发展的现实需求,是思想政治教育的拓展和延伸。服务学习的理念和教育方式契合与预防医学的专业特点,并契合与职业价值观培育的内容和方法。在服务学习视域下加强预防医学生的职业价值观要做好顶层设计,符合教育规律;尊重学生的主体地位,明确教育目标;在实施的过程中规范流程,引导学生主动反思;并在人员、社区等方面完善教育条件,做好保障措施。 The education of vocational values on preventive medicine students not only meets the need of the country and society, but also meets the demand of the students' individual development. It is the expansion and extension of ideological and political education. The concept of service learning and the way of education is correspondent with the professional characteristics of preventive medicine and the content of fostering vocational values. To strengthen the vocational values of preventive medical student in the field of service learning, we are supposed to design a good top-level, and be in line with the law of education. We should also respect the subject status of students and determine the educational goals. We ought to standardize the process during the implementation, guide students to reflect actively and improve the educational conditions in personnel, community and other aspects as well as guarantee safeguard measures.
