高职院校翻转课堂教学建构研究 被引量:2

摘要 和传统课堂教学相比,翻转课堂教学具有可以提升学生学习兴趣、拓宽学生认知维度和兼顾学生个体差异等优势。但是鉴于高职学生学习内在驱动力不足、主动学习意识差、自我约束力弱、良好学习习惯欠缺和个人价值观不成熟等特点,在高职开展翻转课堂教学面临着高职学情特殊和教学成本过高等挑战和困难。对于以上挑战和困难,文章提出了翻转课堂与传统课堂相结合、校内翻转与课内翻转相结合、学生自主学习与协作学习相结合以及教学评价及时化与过程化相结合等四个策略来应对,希望能给高职的翻转课堂教学改革提供新思路与新渠道。 Compared with traditional classroom teaching, flipped classroom teaching has several advantages in regard of better stimulation among students, deepening students' cognitive dimensions in knowledge and recognizing students' personal differences in study. However, since students in vocational colleges are weak at inner motivation, self-control, learning habits and so on, there are challenges and barriers to apply the model of flipped classroom teaching in those colleges. To overcome those challenges and barriers, this author puts forward four strategies, namely, the combination of traditional classroom teaching and flipped classroom teaching, the combination "flipping" within school and "flipping" within class, the combination of students' independent learning and cooperative learning and the combination of timely evaluation and in-process evaluation, which will hopefully shed light on the application of flipped teaching model in vocational colleges.
