我国高校本科生转专业现状及对策分析

国内本科生转专业逐渐向以“学生发展为中心”的理念发展,目前,本科生转专业的主要原因是就读专业兴趣低和就读专业就业前景不乐观。经分析,高考志愿填报的盲目性、高考录取机制导致录取专业并非理想专业、高校专业建设不够合理以及学生录取后不能较快适应大学生活是触发学生转专业的根本原因。高校可以通过建设满足多样化学习需求的教学体系、设计利于学生成长成才的制度保障体系、实施精准专业辅导和广泛推进招生宣传和专业宣传来缓解本科生转专业的问题。

Domestic undergraduates majors transfer are gradually developing towards the concept of "centered on students' development". At present, the main reasons for undergraduates switching majors is the low interest in attending majors and the lack of optimistic employment prospects. After analysis, the blindness of the voluntary choice in the college entrance examination, the unsatisfactory in admission majors caused by the college entrance examination mechanism, the improper construction of college majors and the inadaptation of students to campus life are the essential reasons for the trigger to switching majors. Colleges and universities can alleviate the problems of undergraduate switching majors by building a teaching system that meets the needs of diverse learning demands, designing an institutional guarantee system that is conducive to the growth of students, implementing precise professional counseling, and widely enrolling and major publicity.
