音乐类专业大学生就业现状分析——以扬州大学音乐学院为例

文章以扬州大学音乐学院2014-2018届毕业生为例,通过近5年来省内外招生比例对比,就业率及就业去向等方面的整理归纳,分析音乐学院近5年来毕业生的就业情况。对于音乐类专业大学生就业,应做好学生思想引领,提升学生综合素质,明确音乐学(师范)和音乐表演专业的培养目标,分阶段重点引导,树立正确的就业观,全方位、全过程切实提高音乐类毕业生的就业质量。

This paper selects the 2014-2018 graduates of Yangzhou University Conservatory of Music, using statistics, collation, comparative analysis, and other methods, and analyzes their employment situation by comparing the proportion of enrollment in the provinces and universities with the post-graduation employment rate. Therefore, in order to improve the employment rate of music majors, the college should seek to improve students ' ideological leadership, improve students ' comprehensive quality, help students establish a better view of employment, clarify the training objectives of musicology (normal) and music performance majors, focus on providing guidance in stages, and effectively improve the employment qualifications of music graduates in all areas.
