独立学院行政管理专业应用型人才培养模式探赜——基于校政社合作的视角

摘要 新时代下独立学院行政管理专业应用型人才的培养,有其内在的逻辑,不能照搬其他专业的校企合作模式。指出“学校—政府机构—社会组织”三者有效合作互动下的协同培养是有效路径。阐明校政社合作培养行政管理应用型人才具有必要性与可行性。校政社合作可以给学校各个层面赋能。对该专业应用型人才培养的内容与模式进行了多角度探赜。对国内行政管理专业人才培养亦有借鉴参考意义。 The training of applied talents in the public administration major of independent colleges has its inherent logic and cannot be copied from the cooperation mode of other majors in the new era. It is pointed out that the collaborative training under the effective cooperation and interaction among “college, government and social organization” is an effective path. The cooperation among college, government and social organization is necessary and feasible for the training of applied talents in the public administration major and is beneficial to college development at all levels. The training content and mode of applied talents in the public administration major were explored from multiple perspectives. Thus, this paper is also of reference to the training of applied talents in public administration major in our country.
