结合天津中德应用技术大学自动化本科专业,在人才培养目标、专业建设路径、专业对接产业、专业课程体系、校企双元合作、教学模式等人才培养模块展开理论研究和实践探索,形成服务区域、校企融合、模块课程、实践导向、复合高能的应用技术大学人才培养模式。天津中德应用技术大学自动化人才培养模式业已运行三年,效果明显,可以为其他应用技术大学专业提供有益借鉴。

The theoretical research and practical exploration on the construction of automation specialty in Tianjin Sino -German University of Applied Science includes the target of talent - cultivation, the effective path to professional construction, specialized course system, specialty - industry cooperation, school -enterprise cooperation, and teaching patterns. Therefore, talent cultivation mode is formed and featured by services for regional economy, school -enterprise integration, module curriculum system, practice orientation, and composite high-skills. The mode has been operated for three years in automation specialty of this university, and has achieved significant effect. It also provides a good example for other universities of applied sciences.
