摘要
为培养具有人文精神、较强的社会适应能力、乐学善学、勇于探究等关键能力的准教师,高职师范院校要与时俱进,丰富和完善人才培养目标,细化高职师范院校课程标准,更新课程资源开发校本课程,创造发展平台,引进专业人才。同时国家要加大对高职师范院校师范生职前培养资金和政策支持力度,充分激发学生主动学习兴趣,指导其构建合理的职业发展生涯规划,从而达到优化高职师范院校职前培养的目的。
In order to train quasi -teachers equipped with these key competencies, such as humanistic spirit, strong social adaptability, good learning abilities, and the spirit of exploration, higher vocational normal colleges should keep pace with the times, improve the objectives of talent training, refine the curriculum standards, renew resource development in school-based courses, create a platform for development, and bring in professional talents. At the same time, the government should expand support of funds and policies for pre-service training of normal students in higher vocational colleges, fully stimulate their interest in active learning, and guide them to construct a reasonable career development planning, so as to optimize pre-service training in higher vocational normal colleges.
