Ideological and political educators in higher vocational colleges should take a correct attitude towards the relationship between social hot events on the Internet and the values of students in higher vocational colleges. Besides these educators should utilize the network and new media reasonably to carry out ideological and political education for students, and guide them to set up the correct values.
