摘要
随着高校毕业生的逐年攀升,毕业生就业难的问题越发凸显出来,而另一方面是企业对高级技工的需求无法得到满足。因此高职院校更应该强化应用技术型人才的培养目标,以建设“双师双能型”教师队伍为首要任务,师资队伍的质量和结构是否合理直接影响着实践教学效果。阐述“双师双能型”教师的内涵,剖析目前高职院校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设的现状,发现存在的问题,从师资引进、“双师双能型”师资队伍培养体系的建立和完善“双师双能型”教师评价激励机制,提出构建和优化产教融合背景下“双师双能型”教师培养模式。
With the increasing number of college graduates year by year, the employment problem of graduates becomes more and more prominent. On the other hand, enterprises cannot meet the demand for senior technicians. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the goal of cultivating talents of applied technolog)’ and take the construction of " double - qualified and double - capable" teachers as the primary' task. The quality and structure of teachers directly affect the effect of practical teaching. This paper expounds the connotation of the " double -qualified and double - capable" teachers, analyzes the current higher vocational colleges" double - qualified and double - capable" teachers team construction, the present situation to find problems, introduced "double - qualified and double - capable" teachers training system, setting up and improving the " double - qualified and double - capable" teachers evaluation incentiv.
