摘要
针对高职院校建筑工程技术专业教学工作诊断与改进,首先,在介绍PDCA戴明循环原理的基础上,分析总结了高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的本质内涵。其次,梳理了高职院校建筑工程技术专业教学工作诊断与改进的总体设计思路,并归纳了诊改实施的五个步骤。最后,从人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、专业教学条件、专业文化、人才培养过程、专业建设成效等六个方面总结了高职院校建筑工程技术专业教学工作诊断与改进成效。通过系统论述建筑工程技术专业教学工作诊改与实践过程,为高职院校教学工作诊断与改进提供借鉴与参考。
Aiming at the diagnosis and improvement of teaching work of architectural engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges, I have three parts to focus, firstly , on the basis of introducing the principle of PDCA Deming cycle, the essential connotation of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work in higher vocational colleges is analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the overall design idea of diagnosis and improvement of teaching work of architectural engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges is sorted out, and five steps of implementation of diagnosis and improvement are summarized. Finally, the diagnosis and improvement effect of teaching work of architectural engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges is summarized from six aspects such as the talents training program, the teacher team construction, the professional teaching conditions, the professional culture, the talents training process and the professional construction effect.
