高职院校作为培养国家“十三五”重大工程基础人才的重要摇篮。在新形势下,必须按照国家和当前市场对人才的需求,积极改善学生住宿、理论教学和实验实训硬件设施条件,快速做好校园基本建设工作,为师生打造安全、舒适、现代的学习和生活环境。近年来,国家大力推进职业教育,对于高职院校的管理办法和配套建设连续出台多项政策和国家标准,确保学校基本设施建设项目的实施更加满足广大师生日益提高的需求。依托我校实际情况,根据最新相关国家制度和国家标准,研究探索我校基本建设发展的模式。

Polytechnic is an important field for training and building the basic talents for the National " 13th Five -Year Plan" great projects. In recent years, the state has vigorously promoted vocational education, and has issued a number of policies and national standards for the management measures, supporting construction of higher vocational colleges to ensure that the implementation of school infrastructure construction projects better meets the increasing needs of teachers and students. According to the latest relevant national system and national standards, we research and explore the basic construction development model of Shaanxi College of Communication Technology.
