小金丹治疗慢性盆腔炎的理论探讨

小金丹出自王洪绪的《外科证治全生集》,是治疗寒湿痰瘀、气血凝结所致阴疽病症的有效名方。慢性盆腔炎发病与瘀阻胞宫,脉络不通密切相关,治疗以化瘀散结为核心。文章从慢性盆腔炎的中医认识、小金丹方药分析、小金丹治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制及临床研究等方面进行理论探讨,阐述小金丹治疗慢性盆腔炎的理论和临床依据。

Xiaojin Pills,from Wang Hongxu′s Life-saving Manual of Diagnosis and Treatment of External Diseases,is an effective prescription for the treatment of dorsal furuncle caused by cold,dampness and phlegm stasis and coagulation of qi and blood.Chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases are closely related with blood stasis blocking uterus and choroid impassability,treated with removing blood stasis and resolving mass as the core.In this paper,the theory and clinical basis of Xiaojin Pills in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were discussed from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,analysis of Xiaojin Pills prescriptions,mechanism and clinical research of Xiaojin Pills in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
