中西医结合治疗痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果

Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Phlegm Dampness and Obesity Syndrome

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌紊乱及代谢的改善作用。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月芜湖市第二人民医院收治的辨证为痰湿型的PCOS患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,比较2组患者经治疗后内分泌指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、LH/FSH],糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]和临床疗效。结果:治疗后2组患者临床疗效比较,观察组治疗有效率为83.33%,对照组治疗有效率为60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者内分泌指标FSH、LH、LH/FSH)、糖脂代谢指标FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C,体质量指数、腰臀比较治疗前降低,但HDL-C水平显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组内分泌指标FSH、LH、LH/FSH)、糖脂代谢指标FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C,体质量指数、腰臀比较治疗前降低,但HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗对痰湿肥胖型PCOS患者的内分泌紊乱和代谢有显著改善作用。

Objective: To investigate the improvement of endocrine disorders and metabolism in patients with phlegm dampness and obesity polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)treated by combined Chinese and western medicine. Methods: A total of 60 patients with PCOS of phlegm dampness and obesity syndrome admitted to Second People′s Hospital of Wuhu from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The endocrine,glycolipid metabolism and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups after treatment. Results: Comparing the clinical efficacy between the 2 groups after treatment,the total effective rate was 83.33% in the observation group,and 60.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).After treatment,the endocrine index(FSH,LH,LH/FSH),glycolipid metabolism index(FBG,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C),BMI and waist-to-hip ratio in the 2 groups were lower than before treatment,however,the HDL-C significantly increased with statistically significant difference( P <0.05).These indexes were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the HDL-C was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the endocrine disorders and metabolism in patients with PCOS of phlegm dampness and obesity syndrome.
