非甾体抗炎药在中医骨伤科中运用的合理性研究

Rationality study on the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in orthopedics and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine

目的分析非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)在我院中医骨伤科中应用的合理性。方法回顾性分析2018年10月~2019年6月我院中医骨伤科门诊患者300例、住院患者200例,对NSAIDs使用情况进行统计分析。结果骨关节炎(33.60%)、颈肩腰腿痛(27.40%)、骨折(31.40%)是患者服用NSAIDs的主要原因;萘普生钠注射液、醋氯芬酸钠片、洛索洛芬钠片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片是NSAIDs中消耗金额的前4位;萘普生钠注射液、醋氯芬酸钠片、洛索洛芬钠片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片是用药频率DDs前四位;消化不良、转氨酶升高、上腹疼痛、腹泻等消化系统反应是NSAIDs的最常见的不良反应。结论我院中医骨伤科NSAIDs的临床应用较为合理,基本符合规定,应对现有NSAIDs加强不良反应监测。

Objective To analyze the rationality of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in orthopedic department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. Methods All retrospectivelly 300 cases of outpatients and 200 cases of inpatients and who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the use of NSAIDs were counted and analyzed. Results The Osteoarthritis (33.60%), neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain (27.40%) and fracture (31.40%) were the main reasons for taking NSAIDs. The Naproxen Sodium Injection, Sodium Acetate Tablets, Losoprofen Sodium Tablets, Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets were the top four consumption amount in NSAIDs;Naproxen Sodium Injection, Sodium Acetate, Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets, Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets were top four DDs in drug frequency. The dyspepsia, elevated transaminase, upper abdominal pain, diarrhea and other digestive system reactions were the most common adverse reaction of NSAIDs. Conclusion The clinical application of NSAIDs in our hospital are reasonable, it is basically in line with the regulations, thus the adverse reaction monitoring should be strengthened for existing NSAIDs.
