放松训练及心理护理对输卵管妊娠治疗后再次异位妊娠患者的影响

Influence of relaxation training and psychological nursing on patients with re-ectopic pregnancy after tubal pregnancy treatment

目的分析放松训练及心理护理对输卵管妊娠治疗后再次异位妊娠患者的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年2月收治的56例输卵管妊娠治疗后再次异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法分为观察组(28例)和对照组(28例)。观察组采用放松训练及心理护理,对照组采用常规护理。护理2个月后观察两组的效果,包括治疗总有效率、不良反应及护理前后焦虑评分变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.4%,高于对照组的67.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为7.1%,低于对照组的28.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑评分低于对照组和护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管妊娠治疗后再次异位妊娠患者的临床治疗过程中实施放松训练及心理护理干预,可以改善患者的焦虑症状,提高其护理效果,能够促进患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To analyze the influence of relaxation training and psychological nursing on patients with re-ectopic pregnancy after tubal pregnancy treatment. Methods A total of 56 patients with re-ectopic pregnancy after treatment of tubal pregnancy from March 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into the observation group (28 cases) and the control group (28 cases) by ball-fitting method. The observation group used relaxation training and psychological nursing, while the control group used routine nursing. The effect was observed after 2 months of treatment in the two groups, including total effective rate of treatment, adverse reactions, and changes in anxiety scores before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.4%, which was higher than that of the control group (67.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.1%, which was lower than that in the control group (28.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and before the nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment process of patients with re-ectopic pregnancy after tubal pregnancy treatment, relaxation training and psychological nursing intervention can improve the patient′s anxiety symptoms and improve their nursing effect, promote the patient′s early recovery.
