摘要
目的探讨连续康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者Fugl-Meyer运功功能(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(MBI)及服药依从性的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月~2018年6月收治的78例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用连续康复护理方式。比较两组患者的FMA评分、MBI评分和服药依从性情况。结果两组患者治疗前的FMA评分、MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后的FMA评分为(70.89±1.25)分,高于对照组的(49.74±1.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的MBI评分为(72.65±1.38)分,高于对照组的(55.23±1.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的服药总依从性为92.31%,高于对照组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续康复护理能够有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的FMA运动功能、MBI和服药依从性,促进患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the influence of continuous rehabilitation nursing on Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) motor function, modified Barthel index (MBI) and medication adherence rate in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 78 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (39 cases) and the observation group (39 cases). The control group received routine care, the observation group used continuous rehabilitation care. The FMA motor function score, MBI score, and medication adherence rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the FMA score and MBI score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The FMA score of the observation group was (70.89±1.25) points, which was higher than that of the control group ([49.74±1.57] points), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MBI score of the observation group was (72.65±1.38) points, which was higher than that of the control group ([55.23±1.32] points), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than that of the control group (71.79%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the FMA motor function, MBI and medication compliance rate in stroke patients with hemiplegia, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
