中医护理在中西医结合治疗干眼症中的应用效果

Application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the treatment of xerophthalmia with integrated Chinese and Western medicine

目的探讨中医护理在中西医结合治疗干眼症中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院应用中西医结合疗法治疗的100例干眼症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者施行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上施行中医护理,比较两组患者的眼部不适症状评分、泪膜功能指标、负面情绪评分、生活质量评分、护理总满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的眼部不适症状评分均低于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的眼部不适症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的泪液分泌量多于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生活质量各维度评分均高于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度(98%),高于对照组(84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在干眼症患者进行中西医结合治疗期间,中医护理可减轻患者负面情绪,缓解其眼部不适症状,促进其泪膜功能恢复,有利于提高其生活质量,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing in the treatment of xerophthalmia with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A total of 100 patients with xerophthalmia who were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. By the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group, TCM nursing on the basis of the control group was adopted. The ocular discomfort symptom score, tear film function index, negative emotion score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of ocular discomfort symptoms in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the score of ocular discomfort symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the amount of tear secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the tear film rupture time was longer than that in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, while the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group after the nursing were lower than those of the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). The scores of life quality from every dimension of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of each dimension of the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group (98%) was higher than that of the control group (84%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of xerophthalmia patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, TCM nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, relieve their symptoms of ocular discomfort symptoms, promote the recovery of tear film function, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
