基于责任助产模式的优质护理干预在改善无痛分娩孕妇母婴结局中的作用

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention based on responsible midwifery model in improving maternal and infant outcomes of painless delivery

目的探讨基于责任助产模式的优质护理干预在改善无痛分娩孕妇母婴结局中的作用。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的118例无痛分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(59例)与对照组(59例)。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予基于责任助产模式的优质护理干预。比较两组产妇的分娩临床指标、分娩方式、产妇产后并发症总发生率及新生儿并发症总发生率。结果实验组的总产程和产后住院时间短于对照组,产后2h出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的产后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的新生儿并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于责任助产模式的优质护理干预能减少产后出血量、缩短总产程及产后住院时间,提高自然分娩率,改善母婴结局,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention based on responsible midwifery model in improving maternal and infant outcomes of painless delivery. Methods A total of 118 cases of painless parturients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into experimental group (59 cases) and control group (59 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given high-quality nursing intervention based on responsible midwifery mode on the basis of the control group. The clinical indicators, mode of delivery, total incidence of postpartum complications and total incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total labor process and postpartum hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2 hours was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postpartum complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of neonatal complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention based on responsible midwifery model can reduce postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the total labor process and postpartum hospital stay, improving the natural delivery rate, improving maternal and infant outcomes, and is worthy of clinical application.
