程序化急救护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of programmed emergency nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨程序化急救护理在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月~2019年2月我院收治的63例SAP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(32例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上采用程序化急救护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果、干预前后的生存质量(QOL)评分及护理总满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率和护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的QOL评分高于干预前,观察组的QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SAP采用程序化急救护理进行干预能提高患者的临床治疗效果和护理满意度,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of programmed emergency nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Sixty-three patients with SAP admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given programmed first aid nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing in the control group. The therapeutic effect, quality of life (QOL) score before and after intervention and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the QOL score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention, the QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of SAP with programmed first aid nursing can improve the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
