摘要
页岩气开发已成为天然气开发的重要组成部分,川南某页岩气田作为近年来发现的大型页岩气田,具有极高的勘探开发及科研价值,由于该气田地处山区,自然环境脆弱,钻井产生的大量水基岩屑难以安全环保的妥善处置。本文探讨了水基岩屑烧结制成品砖的可行性,采用合理的工艺技术,可将水基岩屑进行烧结砖妥善处理,降低安全环保风险。
Shale gas development has become an important part of natural gas development.As a large-scale shale gas field discovered in recent years,a shale gas field in southern Sichuan has very high exploration and development and scientific research value.Because the gas field is located in a mountainous area and the natural environment is fragile,a large number of water-based cuttings produced by drilling are difficult to be disposed of safely and environmentally.In this paper,the feasibility of sintered bricks from water-based rock debris is discussed.By adopting reasonable technology,the water-based rock debris can be properly treated to reduce the safety and environmental protection.
