摘要
随着我国核电事业快速发展,人们对降低核电站设备表面辐射残留含量愈发重视。电解抛光技术作为精密表面处理技术,可明显降低核电设备内表面辐射残留物含量,并且具有效率高、处理试样表面光滑、能够保持材料原有性能等特点,近些年逐渐受到国内外核电领域重视。针对电解抛光原理、特点、抛光液组成、研究进展和国内外核电应用现状进行了详细综述介绍,最后指出电解抛光技术将在核电工程领域发挥更大作用,具有很好的行业发展趋势和广阔的应用前景。
With the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China, people pay more and more attention to reducing the radiation residue content on the surface of nuclear power plant equipment.As a precision surface treatment technology,electropolishing technology can significantly reduce the content of radiation residues on the inner surface of nuclear power equipment,and has the characteristics of high efficiency,smooth surface of treated samples,and ability to maintain the original properties of materials.In recent years,electropolishing technology has gradually attracted more attention in the field of nuclear power.In this paper,the principle, characteristics,composition of polishing liquid, research progress and current status of nuclear power application are reviewed in detail.Finally,it is pointed out that electropolishing technology will play a greater role in the field of nuclear power engineering,and has a good industry development trend and broad application prospects.
