摘要
本研究应用MATLAB数字处理工具箱对香烟小包装图像信息进行处理。详细介绍了应用图像处理方法(图像滤波、图像增强等)对烟包图像进行预处理,采用二值图像边沿连接方式来求边缘检测图像和边缘坐标,并用imcrop函数对目标图像区域进行定位,最终通过图像匹配进行烟包图像的合格性分析。仿真结果表明,所设计的方案可以有效的解决采用图像处理技术进行包装质量检测的一系列关键问题,具有重要的理论价值和应用前景。
In this study, the digital processing toolbox of MATLAB is application for small packages of cigarettes image information processing. Many of image processing method (image filtering, image enhancement, etc.) use to cigarette image preprocess are introduced in detail. Using binary image edge connections to seek the edge detection and edge coordinates, imcrop function is used to locate the target image region and at the final the quality of the cigarette package image is analyzed by image matching. The results of the simulation show that the design of the program can effectively solve a series of key issues in the image processing technology for packaging quality testing and it has important theoretical value and application prospect.
