摘要
发酵工程是生物工程专业核心课程,涉及到专业领域的多个学科。在教学过程中以重要知识点为主线进行充分准备,既可以丰富课堂教学内容和手段又可以提高教学效果,对知识的掌握起到纲举目张的作用。本文对发酵工程重要章节课堂教学的准备和实践进行了总结。
Fermentation engineering is a core course in bioengineering, involving multiple disciplines in the professional field.In the process of teaching,the preparation of important knowledge points as the main line can not only enrich the content and means of classroom teaching, but also improve the teaching effect, and play a role in the mastery of knowledge.This paper summarizes the preparation and practice of classroom teaching in important chapters of fermentation engineering.
