The Construction of College Counselors from the Perspective of Vocational Identity

基于职业认同视角,本文从角色认同、情感认同、价值认同三个方面阐释高校辅导员队伍建设,以期提高辅导员职业认同水平,促进专业化职业化发展,更好地发挥铸魂育人作用。

From the perspective of professional identity,this paper explains the construction of College counselors'team from three aspects:role identity,emotional identity and value identity,in order to improve the level of counselors' professional identity,promote professional development and better play the role of casting soul and educating people.
