摘要 在职教教师教育一体化系统运行过程中,管理机制明显滞后于体系深化发展的实际要求。在系统论这一成熟视角下探讨职教教师教育管理,以结构性、环境依存性、目的性和整体性等基本原则分析职教教师教育一体化管理机制问题,运用系统思维实现管理机制的创新,突破环境壁垒、挖掘层级目的、搭建立体结构和完善整体设计,有助于深刻认知管理机制中科学与现实的关系。这是系统论基本原则的一次实践阐释,更是对职教教师教育管理机制创新的一次尝试。 In the operation process of the integration of vocational teacher education, its management mechanism lags behind the actual requirements of deeply systematic development. Under the mature perspective of system theory, this paper discusses the management of vocational teacher education, applies the basic principles of structure, environment dependence, purpose and integrity to analyze the integrated management mechanism of vocational teacher education, and uses the system thought to innovate this management mechanism: breaking through environmental barriers, tapping the purpose of the hierarchy, building a body structure and improving the overall design. It helps to profoundly understand the relationship between science and reality in the management mechanism. This is a practical interpretation of the basic principles of system theory, and it is also an attempt to innovate the education management mechanism of vocational education teachers.
