高校创新创业教育“三全一体”常态化质量监测评价体系研究

Research on Constructing Normalized Quality Monitoring and Evaluation System of "Three-in-one" for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities

在加快推进高等教育现代化、建设教育强国的背景下,全面深化创新创业教育改革成为推动高等教育综合改革的重要突破口,高校创新创业教育呈现出持续、高速、跨越式发展的良好态势,投身创新创业实践的大学生持续增加。文章从创新创业教育教学质量标准、常态化质量监测平台、质量评价体系三个层面,提出了“全口径、全过程、全方位”的常态化质量监测评价体系,旨在通过建立信息化、便捷化、数据化的常态化质量监测平台和评价体系服务于政府宏观统筹、高校自我监测评价和社会监督。

Under the background of building a powerful country in higher education, deepening the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education has become a breakthrough in promoting the comprehensive reform of higher education. In this paper, the authors put forward the construction mode of "Three-in-one"(full caliber, whole process, all direction) normalized quality monitoring and evaluation system from three aspects: the quality standard of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the regular monitoring system, and the quality evaluation system. The aim is to serve the macro-planning of the government, self-monitoring evaluation of university and social supervision.
