摘要
高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,如何缓解大学生就业焦虑已成为当下心理学研究热点。文章利用半结构化访谈和问卷调查,收集上海部分高校大学生就业焦虑的影响因素,并基于有序Logistic回归模型分析各因素对大学生就业焦虑影响程度。研究结果表明,上海市高校大学生就业焦虑影响因素包括自身因素和非自身因素。自身因素中,知识储备、能力欠缺和学校辅导对大学生焦虑程度起正向影响,学校名气对焦虑程度起负向影响;非自身因素中,同龄竞争和就业形势对上海市大学生就业焦虑程度均起正向影响;相较于自身因素,非自身因素对毕业生就业焦虑影响效果更明显。
The employment situation of college graduates is becoming increasingly severe. Alleviating their employment anxiety becomes a hot topic in psychology research. In this paper, semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey were used to collect the influencing factors of employment anxiety of some college students in Shanghai, and the degree of influence of each influencing factor on employment anxiety of college students was analyzed based on orderly Logistic regression model. The following conclusions are obtained. The influencing factors include self-related factors and non-self-related factors. Among their selves factors, knowledge reserve, lack of ability and school guidance have positive impacts and school reputation has a negative impact on the anxiety level. Among the non-self factors, peer competition and employment situation have positive impacts on the degree of employment anxiety. Compared with self-related factors, non-self-related factors have more obvious effects on graduates' employment anxiety.
