CTvox视图软件在沥青混合料试件细观结构上的应用

摘要 为了更直观了解沥青混凝土内部结构特性,多层次多角度分析沥青混合料各组分细观结构,对各类沥青混合料性能提升试验提供可视化图形分析。以浇筑式岩改沥青混合料为研究模板,针对其细观结构与试验性能的相关问题进行研究。建立了基于X射线CT成像技术、CTvox视图软件的沥青混合料细观三维组分离、染色、重建成像的研究方法,得到分离及组分染色的三维图像,能够真实反映沥青混合料结构特点,观察其内部各组分分布和形态结构。 In order to understand the internal structure characteristics of asphalt concrete more intuitively, the micro-structure of each component of asphalt mixture is analyzed from multi-level and multi-angle, and visual graphical analysis is provided for the performance improvement test of various asphalt mixtures.In this paper, the pouring rock-to-asphalt mixture is used as the research template, and the related problems of its meso-structure and experimental performance are studied.In this paper, the research methods of separation, dyeing and reconstruction of meso-three-dimensional components of asphalt mixture based on X-ray CT imaging technology and CTvox view software are established.The three-dimensional images of separation and component dyeing are obtained, which can truly reflect the structural characteristics of asphalt mixture and observe the distribution and morphological structure of its internal components.
