摘要 基于抽样检查、钻芯取样及弹塑性理论的力学检测方法,对某教学楼结构安全和整体结构抗震特性开展研究,并对该建筑进行了全面的安全检测,检测内容包含:建筑物外观质量、建筑结构构件混凝土强度、碳化深度、受力钢筋直径及其分布、加密区箍筋间距、楼板钢筋的混凝土保护层厚度、构件(梁、柱)的截面尺寸及建筑物倾斜量。根据检测结果及使用情况对结构进行了复核验算,提出了有效的应对措施,确保了该建筑物的安全性及稳定性。 Based on sampling inspection, core drilling sampling and elastic-plastic theory, the structural safety and seismic characteristics of a teaching building are studied. A comprehensive safety inspection of the building was carried out, including the appearance quality of the building, the concrete strength of building structural members, the depth of carbonization, the diameter and distribution of stressed steel bars, the spacing of stirrups in the encrypted area, the thickness of concrete protective layer of floor steel bars? the sectional size of members (beams and columns) and the inclination of the building. According to the test results and the use situation, the structure was reviewed and checked, and effective measures were put forward to ensure the safety and stability of the building.
