摘要
通过实际工程案例,着重从施工关键技术角度出发,针对大直径大跌差混凝土管,优化了在复杂山地对大直径钢筋混凝土管的吊装施工工艺和优化截洪管工程大跌差、高大跌水井的使用技术,减少机械使用的损耗,降低工程造价。通过大直径钢筋混凝土管垫层整体压实度的研究,确保管道稳定性,不出现不均匀沉降,避免管道与管道的连接处有裂缝和渗水;对管道与管道、管道与跌水井连接处进行研究,严格质量控制,解决截洪管工程出现渗漏的现象,为今后类似工程提供参考,具有广阔的应用前景。
Through practical engineering cases, this paper focuses on the key technology of construction, and optimizes the hoisting construction process of large-diameter reinforced concrete pipes in complex mountainous areas and optimizes the large drop of the interception pipe project. The use of high-rise water wells reduces the loss of mechanical use and reduces engineering costs. Through the study of the overall compaction of large-diameter reinforced concrete pipe cushions, the stability of the pipeline is ensured, and uneven settlement does not occur, resulting in cracks and water seepage at the joints between the pipeline and the pipeline;for pipelines and pipelines, pipelines and water wells. The joint research and strict quality control have solved the phenomenon of leakage in the interception pipe project, which provides reference for similar projects in the future and has broad application prospects.
