烟尘问题长期困扰着长大隧道的沥青路面施工,而温拌沥青技术的出现根本地解决了此问题。无烟尘的温拌混合料,不仅有效改善了现场施工环境,而且减少了之前施工的通风费用。通过该应用技术在丹通高速长大隧道的实际应用,对温拌剂的优点、原理及温拌沥青混合料的配合比设计等进行了阐述。

The soot problem has long plagued the asphalt pavement construction of long tunnels,and the emergence of warm mix asphalt technology has fundamentally solved this problem.The warm mix of smokeless dust not only effectively improves the onsite construction environment,but also reduces the ventilation costs of previous construction.Through the application of this application technology in the Dantong high-speed long tunnel,the advantages and principles of the warming agent and the mix design of the warm mix asphalt mixture were expounded.
