The basic situation of the People's Shengli Canal Irrigation District and the engineering conditions before and after the water-saving project reconstruction are summarized. The causes of the aging and disease occurrence of the irrigation facilities are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the engineering facilities of the People's Shengli Canal Irrigation District, the assessment method of the project facilities in the irrigation district is discussed. And the technology to extend the life of the irrigation facilities can provide a reference for similar projects.
