碳纤维(CFRP)板及钢板加固混凝土T形梁受力性能研究

摘要 通过对一座采用碳纤维(CFRP)板及钢板进行加固后老桥的现场荷载试验数据分析,研究表明粘贴碳纤维(CFRP)板或钢板加固后,关键截面主筋、混凝土及加固材料均能共同作用,且加固效果一致,均能明显增加普通钢筋混凝土梁的强度储备,而对于预应力梁则强度提升则不明显。碳纤维板能有效抑制裂缝在活载下的扩展,增强截面强度及提高耐久性。 Based on the field load test data analysis of an old bridge strengthened with carbon fiber (CFRP) slabs and steel plates, the research shows that the main reinforcement, concrete and reinforcement materials of key sections can work together after bonding carbon fiber (CFRP) slabs or steel plates, and the reinforcement effect is the same, which can obviously increase the strength reserve of ordinary reinforced concrete beams, while for prestressing force.The strength of the beam is not improved obviously.Carbon fiber sheet can effectively inhibit crack propagation under live load, enhance cross-section strength and improve durability.
