摘要
智能建造是新一代信息技术与工程建造融合形成的工程建造创新模式,是实现建筑业高质量发展的重要抓手。智能建造不仅仅是工程建造技术的变革创新,更将从产品形态、建造方式、经营理念、市场形态以及行业管理等方面重塑建筑业。培养适应建筑行业未来发展需要的创新型智能建造工程科技人才,对于支撑我国迈向建造强国具有重要的意义。本文在阐述智能建造推动产业变革的基础上,分析了智能建造专业人才应具备的知识结构、知识体系和专业能力,并对智能建造专业人才培养的途径、学科基础和培养模式等关键问题进行了探讨。
Intelligent construction is an innovation mode of engineering construction integrating new information technology and engineering construction. It plays an important role in the high-quality development of construction industry. Intelligent construction not only contributes to innovating the construction technology, but also reshapes the construction industry in terms of product form, construction methods, business philosophy, market form and industry administration. It is of great significance to cultivate innovative engineering talents in intelligent construction who can adapt to the development of construction industry in the future. After explaining how intelligent construction promoted the industrial reform, this paper analyzes the new requirements for intelligent construction talents in terms of knowledge structure, knowledge system and professional competence, and explores some key problems in cultivating intelligent construction talents, including the cultivation methods, disciplinary foundation and cultivation mode.
