摘要
德国ACQUIN认证机构是德国最重要的高等教育认证机构之一,构成了德国高等教育质量保障的多维体系。ACQUIN专业认证呈现出流程上的框架逻辑和标准上的结构化。随着中外合作办学和教育国际化的推进,以ACQUIN专业认证为代表的国际专业认证在我国扮演越来越积极的角色。ACQUIN专业认证通过制度变异和选择亲和力的途径实现了在Z校的制度移植,在这个背景下,它在人才培养质量的提升方面发挥着有限的效用。
The Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute(ACQUIN) is one of the most important accreditation agencies for higher education in Germany, which is a part of German multidimensional system to guarantee the quality of higher education. ACQUIN accreditation for study programs features the framework logic of its procedure and its structured standards. With the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and international education, international accreditation for study programs plays an increasingly active role in China. ACQUIN accreditation for study programs realized institution transplant to University Z through the Variation and the Elective Affinity. In this context, it contributed to improving the quality of talent cultivation.
